Add your brand logo, and seamlessly display your brand identity to your respondents.

How to add a Logo
To add a logo, click on the + button next to Logo.
You can upload an image or a link to an image URL. Please note that adding invalid URL's will not display anything.
Tip
Image files with a transparent background work best as logos.
Your brand logo will be displayed in the top left corner of the form by default.
Click the image icon next to Logo to upload a different file, or click the trash can icon to delete it.
Use the logo customization buttons to adjust the size and positioning of your logo. You can choose to add a small, a medium or a large logo, and you can also switch between left-aligned, center-aligned and right-aligned positions.
Below is an example of a large, center-aligned logo:
When you’re happy with your settings, click Submit.
People will see your logo throughout your Formware, including the Welcome and Ending screens.
